The Pain Equation

And Yet We Do It Again…

It’s a very distilled equation that may unravel lots of the mystery of why.

When you take the love, the giving, the kindness, the generosity, the TRUTH that you are, and ‘try’ to put that somewhere there is not an opening for It to be received?

It causes pain.

Is this an error you make in living your life?
Do you hang out with people who don’t see you?
Want company so you compromise and justify?
Keep yourself busy with *all that* so being with you is secondary?

It’s the foundation of martyrdom. Or the birth of new life.

It is a huge misperception of spiritual law.

Taking heed of this equation does mean you have to change how you are doing things, to get out of the hole you have dug.

Discernment is the key…applying conscious awareness…
Living from innocence.
And the Work it takes to get there.

Is there a mutual energy exchange?

IF in discernment, you consider there IS an opportunity for mutual exchange, for openness, for love being held and cared for, indeed; it may well be worth the giving.
YOu have entered the possibility with innocence, and according to your true nature.

If you know there is no opening? And you try to change the dynamic?
That’s painful.

It is YOU who becomes the change agent:)
You want change?
BE change; be the one who is present in the EXchange truthfully and lovingly.
Tell the Truth.

The Work that has at its core Soul Fusion, is not treadmill work. It is catalytic.

There’s a fine line where when in the Work with a dear soul over a period of time, it would be easy to perceive that timeframe, as if we are not working catalytically…as if there is a dependence-upon-a-therapist-kind-of-grey-area…but that is not the reality:)

This is not to diminish therapy. It is critically important in the self-help movement.

A good/integrated therapist is hard to find.
So is a good/integrated lightworker.

This is to illuminate there is a difference between the two.
Lightwork, spiritual healing, spiritual growth, can include therapy when needed and necessary. But lightwork serves as an accelerator to one’s path of spiritual growth.

I am the first to be present with anyone who seeks to move through and stabilize in the light of their life on Earth — no matter how long that takes. All is toward that purposeful existence.

I am also the first to let go of anything that remotely resembles dependence.

When I set out to open up a practice in Bruxelles, it was within the same construct ‘as that I am’ — catalytic, opening, change agent — all the languaging that applies to what Soul Fusion offers.

It does not offer therapy for years! It offers change, and that’s always pretty short term.

This is also testimony to those who find the Work and who explore it: those seeking self-empowerment.
They are always independent, on the Path, seeking next level of demonstrating their consciousness unfolding — or seeking what is preventing that.
It is from here, from the reach, that the Work happens — quickly:)

It is also true, that the Work is fairly threatening to some people as it usually activates one’s deepest fears.
And those fears always live under the radar of awareness; in the subconscious — or in the unconscious.

That can mean a rude awakening — but an awakening nonetheless.

For me, there is a double-edge, in ‘setting up shop’.

I don’t WANT treadmillers. And, they don’t want me!
I cannot enable people to stay in their patterns:)

All of this to say, it can look like a double-standard by setting up a ‘weekly practice’, and I am acutely aware of the dynamic.

I LOVE the people who come forward because they are ready for change…
…because they’ve not got a solution (that is housed from deep within, that works).
…because they’ve not found a way — and something has to change for the opening.
…because the external world has pressed just too far, too hard, too much in some way, shape or form that passes the pain threshold INTO greater awakening.

All of the reasons people come forward?
No matter what the external circumstance, one is asking for something to change.

I cannot TELL you the number of people who say
‘Thank you very much for your help. I am not interested.’

They choose OUT — because it means they have to choose IN!

THIS TRANSLATES TO MEAN I work with those who are conjunct change. Conjunct shift.
Conjunct their own revolution on the evolutionary spiral.

In delivery of the Work, this serves to keep IT integral, intact, and truly available for those seeking more.

It to this end that the retreats in Chartres, in Mont St Michel, the three-day class deliveries, the hands on sessions of Soul Fusion and Heart&Soul triads in Brussels, are alive and well in this fertile field of light and love.

Meditation

I had a wonderful conversation the other day with a good friend…one who moved away from meditating years ago because — well — because traditional methods weren’t really working for him. He ‘thought’ Oneness meant denounce the World, live in a cave, and voila, you’d be enlightened. He couldn’t find how to be in the world and of it, if he did that, so he dropped the meditation part.

The Light Within

I recounted my own seeking process — which was that years ago, I wanted to meditate. I did not have a clue how to begin. What I DID have, was a desire to discover what worked, so that meditation could be a part of my life and living. I needed a bridge, an interface between me and the Divine — something that was real. True. Enlightening — so that the Divine was real.

The good news is, I found it. The form I found was through Awakening the Light Body.

I was explaining to my friend, how lucky I was, though I didn’t even know it at the time.
Because light body is not a traditional method.
It is not Taoist, Sufi, Christian, Transcendental Meditation, Buddhist — it is not any of these.
It was (and is) light body.

What it also did and does do, is provide the constant return to some inner experience of consciousness unfolding; of form coming out of formless, of the Silence, the Void…of Light beyond belief…everywhere…available…tangible Oneness to drink in…to assimilate, to learn to hold and live from.

Duane Packer said at the outset to we who were his students in the late ’80s, be aware that one of the greatest challenges will be coming up against your belief systems. And indeed, it challenges whatever yours are. It ‘simply’ depends on what tradition you have adopted or inherited — and whether you’re willing to trade that out for experiences that defy the mentality of the beliefs you may well cherish.

In the early seed group days of light body, we could write questions on pieces of paper and hand them to Duane, and we would have Q&A sessions sometime during our time together.

He would keep the small pile of scrap pieces of paper at his foot, and he’d pick one up, read it, answer it, and then go onto the next one.
I wrote on a piece of paper, ‘where is God in all this?’ !!!
He ignored mine:)

Looking back? How do you tell someone that God is in all of it; in every experience unfolding as light and consciousness and Presencing that you are within? How do you tell someone their belief systems held in the mind, that bore traditions held in the life, will not give you what you are seeking? You don’t.

Another fond memory is the ‘upper centers’ live class that was to activate/open the experience of fluidity in the mental body. I came home, and literally sat in a puddle on the couch for two weeks. My only thought was there must be something wrong with me. And that worried me because I was not at all inclined to think about anything, much less do anything:) So I decided to send Duane a fax (those were the days!) and it said, ‘I’ve been sitting on the couch for two weeks now worried sick that I’ve lost my mind. I realized yesterday, that I did. I feel better now.’

I explained to my friend that it was amazing to discover so much experience available and yet nowhere to put it! I began looking for it (backwards, so to speak) in the traditions. What I discovered that it was everywhere; in every tradition — in the mystical aspect of every tradition — the same Oneness. The ‘baby’ was there with all the bathwater, across the board.

So instead of using the tradition to get to Oneness, I was experiencing facets of Oneness and looking to find where each tradition held it, and how. What that allowed was adopting spiritual practices across traditions!

Lovely.

Whatever form you can find to access the profound Presencing of Light that is right there for you within the Silence — that is the form that matters.

If you are using a form that does not take you out of mind; that does not ‘get you to’ an inner experience wherein you touch the something greater than yourself, no matter what sense is witnessing that profundity? Consider something new.

And include in that seeking, that the new forms you are considering provide you an EXPERIENCE you can build on — because THAT is what is real.

France is Full of Her

Long do we carry Her within us…but that is nothing to how long She carries us within Her!
I must be ready!

I am re-posting this from 13 October last year:)
Because, as it goes, after Chartres, I am on my own way to the South of France to assimilate what I know within me, that exists there.

It is promising to be revelatory unfoldment, each and every step.

My first entry into France was with three clients who invited me on a five day road trip — this was back in the 90s:)

Two things struck me instantly; one, was the light of France.
It has visible qualities I’d not seen or experienced anywhere else.

Two, was the rich, black soil everywhere.

The next thing that struck me was Mother.

Chartres is full spectrum frequencies of the Divine Mother, and being there is an extraordinary honor.
The light rains down. When working, people ‘shift quicker’ so to speak because the supportive energetics are abounding; supportive energetics that bring one more deeply in tune with their own within space and grace,that then allow experiential consciousness to open and be realized.

I find Her everywhere in France, easily.
But I’m always looking for Her!

Adored, honored, revered…we’re not just talking the Catholic Virgin Mary aspect.
Nor just the Black Madonna…the Feminine.
The Divine Feminine.

We are talking all aspects under the presiding light of the Divine Mother.
Small grove sanctuaries on the side of a road.
Doors into small chapels.

In France She is Up and Out there for anyone who would but open to explore that direct relationship.
Who would but open the door to that possibility.

I remember years ago now bringing a practitioner in with me to Chartres, who collapsed once we began the Work.
He literally hid under his bedcovers to avoid the light of day, or anything beyond the commitments he had made.
My thinking was because he was a practitioner he had dealt with his own unresolved material.
He had not.

He had a very difficult time.

Integrating the feminine aspect within one’s self?
Of great import.
Unresolved material with your mother, for instance?
Fertile territory.

Facing, receiving the light has its requirements.
Once in that river —
It is THEN the real Work begins:)

White Elephants

It’s always AMAZING to witness any of us, when knowing we are needing to make a shift —
But putting it off til — the pressure gets too high, the pain gets too great, or maybe just maybe you can get away with it.
After all, life is pretty comfortable just as it is…

Comfort is a powerful agent.
How comfortable IS your life?
Is it comfortable enough you can — put it off just a little because ‘there are more important things to deal with right now…’
You can come home at the end of the day, make a cup of coffee, look out the picture window and relax.

Except when you turn around, there’s a white elephant standing in the middle of the room:)

That’s when the ante goes up.

That’s when you can discover if you are employing causative, conscious wisdom born of awareness to initiate change, or, if not, it is where you will discover yourself as victim.

Both are self-created.

It takes qualities of the soul to KickStart Change — to get rid of the white elephant standing in the middle of your living room, greeting you every time you seep into the old comforts of mind:)

It takes employing your conscious awareness.
Brutal honesty.
Loving kindness and compassion for yourself and for those you’ve engaged with who have co-created the scenario.
It might take help from those who have gone before you.
That means it takes humility.
It takes willingness to exhale and release — it takes letting go.
This formula?
Allows for an ultimate invisible protection as you are on your path; the journey of YOUR Soul.

One never shifts a moment before one is ready…no one else is the motivator.
Everyone else might be the reason you’re not changing — but it’s always up to you
To Be That Change You are Seeking Around You.
You’ll get there —
It’s more about how you get there:
Wisely, consciously and causatively — or as victim — perhaps with a wake-up call.

The Rise Of…

I found her in a parking lot in Chartres in — 2001?

This picture is from that moment in time.

It is an awesome statue that sat quietly adjacent to the cathedral for probably years and years undiscovered. But by the time I found it? I wasn’t the only one visiting a governmental parking lot where she had been housed in safekeeping. And so, she was moved to an undisclosed location.

I was sitting in my living room, looking at Her, framed in gilded gold on the wall…and I wanted to yet again, share Her.

Take a look; everything about Woman’s reclamation is in this statue of Her.
Better yet — everything about reclamation of the inner feminine space, is in this statue of Her — whether you are a man or a woman.

She IS the Woman of Chartres.
She is the essence within us all.
And, you are that.

Where on the evolutionary spiral do you see yourself within this embodiment?
There are many facets possible:)
Are you on the cross?
Are you ascended?
Are you in Service?

The Chartres Retreat is coming forward…
Every time I go in, I go in humble reckoning, open to my own next level of harnessing the consciousness opening — and I go in keenly aware that the waves of consciousness rise, and rise again; that individuals find in their right timing exactly what they are looking for.
