Review, Replenish, Renew

Living from ‘hold center’ is a daily practice, and a spiritual one at that.

The outer world, 3D, goes sideways any moment of any day. The question, is how quickly can you get back to the Center within you; to the inner sanctuary space where you can honestly review and replenish?

Expand this question out over time, and look to see how often you give yourself the time/space out of your 3D environs and lifestyle, to take a break, get off the grid of your life and refresh.

I know for me personally? It’s a growing phenomenon that only wants more of itself. Which is what I give it!

More of  ITself. As often as I can. I crave it.

And over the years, what I’ve noticed is how that horizon has expanded; how what feeds me grows elementally, from being in the garden, to Silence in a day in the life, to connection with like-hearteds. And how, if I do not honor that truth, the horizon carries shades of gray.

It’s a spiral, not a destination. The heart grows in its opening to want nothing but that, if that is what you are after; if you want to live a life full of that spiritual reflection, so available in the here and now.

What part of your soul is alive and kickin’ — that passionate, inspired, purposeful part — for you to live from?

None of this is new conversation. It is a daily review, for me, mySelf and I.

I constantly Review, Replenish and Renew — kind of a habit like putting my socks on.

What do you crave?
